I HATE terrible customer serivce

so on saturday i ordered this shirt

now i have dealt with these guys MANY times
some times it's been very smooth, other times it hasn;t, when they have stuff backordered for a long time they never know when they will get it in, and they wont tell you they don't know, they wont tell you anything

anyways...
the shirt i ordered was a large, and it was supposed to be a small
and there is no way of changeing it before delivery unless you call them up or e-mail them

so i tried calling them up
and i tried e-mailing them
every day since saturday
NOTHING

so i check the order status on the website
and it says it's shipped
and look at the order
NOTHING has changed
so i get stuck with a freakin shirt that is WAY to big [img]mad.gif[/img]

Maybe they did update it and it just didn't say on the site, hopefully that's the case...

and I'm surprised they even carry it in a small.

I wear the same for t-shirts, and most of the time, I buy from the kids department for shirts.

saves some cash, and no tax on 'em, either. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

i wear both small and medium
usually i only wear small shirts in white
but i wanted this one to fit instead of hang loose
